The note behind Project Lucid.

School gives us plenty to learn, but not much help remembering any of it.

Project Lucid is a study system for turning the material you already have into something you can understand and return to. Bring in your notes, find the gaps, and let Lucid help fill them with explanations and study material.

Start with your own notes

Lucid is built around the work you have already done. Create notes in the app, edit them as your understanding changes, or bring in material from elsewhere. The aim is to give you one place to keep the context instead of carrying a stack of paper from class to class.

Study with a little help

From your notes, Lucid can help create content to study with. Use the study features to practise, review, and keep moving through the parts you do not know yet. AI assistance is there when you need another explanation or want help turning a rough idea into something clearer, while the work stays yours.

Take it with you

Your study space should be available when you have a few minutes, whether you are at home, between classes, or on the go. Lucid is being built so your notes and study material can travel with you instead of asking you to bring every page along.

More than a place to store things

The long-term idea is a system that helps you move from unfinished notes to useful understanding. Lucid will bring your material, generated content, editing tools, study sessions, and progress into the same workspace. There is still a lot to figure out, but the direction is clear: studying should feel more connected and less like starting over every time.
